Amaretto mousse
Instructions:
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped,
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Nutella,
- Amaretto cookies, lightly crushed,
- Cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
- Mix Nutella with melted chocolate or cocoa powder.
- Taste and adjust flavors and texture.
- Fold whipped cream into hazelnut mixture.
- Either layer mousse with alternating layer of crushed amaretto cookies or spoon mousse into a glass and garnish with crushed amaretto cookies.
- Enjoy Amaretto mousse!
