Apple cider vinaigrette
Instructions:
- Simmer the apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat until reduced to 3⁄4cup. Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and pepper and shake vigorously to combine.
- Use soon or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Return to room temperature, shake vigorously, and check the seasoning before serving.
