Apple cinnamon oatmeal porridge Instructions: 3 cups unsweetened apple juice or water; 1⁄2 tsp salt; 11⁄3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats; half apple, peeled and diced; 1⁄3 cup raisins; 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon. In saucepan, bring apple juice and salt to boil. Whisk in rolled oats, apple, raisins (if using) and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer, whisking constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired thickness.
