Asian Salad Dressing

- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
- ¼ teaspoon guar gum
Instructions:
A simple yet fantastic, dressing that is usually in my refrigerator to dress many varieties of greens.
- Combine all the ingredients in a small jar with a lid and shake until well mixed.
