Avocado Puree
Instructions:
- 1 Avocado; peeled, pitted,
- And chopped
- Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
- Salt; to taste
- Freshly−ground black pepper; to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Chopped garlic
- 1/2 Cup Heavy cream
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, fitted with a metal blade.
- Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields about 1 cup.
