Bacon and Mushroom Dip

- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 cups sliced cremini or button mushrooms
- 3 scallions
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- juice of half a lemon, or more to taste
Instructions:
This creamy dip is so good you might want to eat it with a spoon, but try dipping some chopped veggies into it instead.
- Fry the bacon and sauté mushrooms in the same pan until browned. Add extra oil to sauté the mushrooms if necessary.
- Blend the bacon and mushrooms in a food processor with remaining ingredients.
