Baked Apples
Instructions:
- 1 c. apple
- pineapple juice, or prune juice
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom
- WASH, CORE, and PLACE in casserole dish:
- 6 baking apples STUFF apples with (1 tbsp. per apple):
- 6 tbsp. raisins, or dates, or both
- COMBINE and POUR over apple centers, letting juice run through,

filling bottom of the dish:
- 1 c. apple, pineapple juice, or prune juice
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom
- BAKE uncovered at 425° for 35–45 minutes or until tender.
- VARIATION: Stuff partly with nuts or granola
