Baked Creamed Corn

- 2 eggs
- One 8- ounce can cream- style corn
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
This recipe is out of this world. It can easily be doubled to feed a crowd.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy. Add the corn, milk, crackers, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper; mix well. Spoon into a deep casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
