Baked Shrimp Au Gratin
Instructions:
- 1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Peel and devein shrimp. Wash and dry thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Place shrimp in casserole. Cover with tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle Feta and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- This makes a great appetizer when served in individual ramekins.
- Serve with Domestica white wine.
