Banana-Almond Cream
Instructions:
3 medium bananas 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. honey, 1/4 c. almonds 1/8 tsp. salt
BLEND all ingredients together until satiny smooth. SERVE over BAKED ROLLED OATMEAL, or other hot cereal, FRENCH TOAST , or WAFFLES . YIELDS: 2 1/2 c.
