Banana Cream Pie
Instructions:
- 3 c. SOY MILK
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. raw cashews
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. pitted dates
- 2-3 sliced bananas
- LIQUEFY all ingredients except bananas.
- POUR into a saucepan, and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- POUR a thin layer of the “custard” mixture into a baked pie shell or layer of granola, then ADD a layer of sliced bananas.
- Repeat, then add the remaining custard, and garnish with sliced almonds.
- CHILL over night, and SERVE cold
