Barbecue Butter Fish
Instructions:
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. green onion, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt,
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice.
- Whip butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in remaining ingredients.
- Store in refrigerator for several hours to allow flavor to develop.
- Spread on fish before and after barbecuing.
