Barbecued Venison
Instructions:
- 1 lb. venison chops or steak, cut into large chunks
- 4 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans green beans
- 5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
- In a large skillet, brown meat on all sides.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, Tabasco, mustard, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke.
- Add green beans and potatoes.
- Cover and simmer until meat and potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
