Basic Grilled Pork Tenderloins
Instructions:
Lean, tasty pork tenderloins are perfect for grilling. 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound) Herbes de Provence Rub
Makes 8 servings Prep: 15 minutes plus marinating Grill: 18 minutes
- Herbes de Provence Rub
- 11â„ 2 teaspoons dried thyme, crumbled,
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled,
- 1â„ 2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crumbled,
- 1â„ 2 teaspoon salt
- 1â„4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- Prepare outdoor grill for covered direct grilling over medium heat.
- In cup, combine rub ingredients; use to rub on tenderloins.
- Place tenderloins on grill, cover and cook, turning tenderloins once, until browned on the outside and still slightly pink in the center, 16 to 20 minutes. Meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of tenderloin should register 150°F.
- Transfer tenderloin to cutting board; cover and let rest 5 minutes. Thinly slice.
