Beans with crispy parmesan cheese
- 1Ā recipe Cook-and-Hold BeansĀ Ā ;
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste;
- 3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces;
- 1ā2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400Ā°F.
- Arrange the beans in a single layer in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with the butter and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake until the cheese is bubbly and browned in spots, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
