Blueberry Pie
Instructions:
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1½ tablespoons butter
- unbaked pie crust (bottom and top)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line greased or oiled baking dish with an unbaked pie crust.
- Combine all ingredients, except butter, and mix well.
- Pour into pie crust and spot top with butter.
- Cut top crust into strips and lattice pastry.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
