Bread and garlic soup
Instructions:
- Place a frying pan over medium heat, then add half of the oil. When it is hot, add the bread.
- Fry until well browned all over. Remove the slices from the oil.
- Coarsely crush the garlic.
- Place a large saucepan over medium heat, then pour in the remaining oil. Add the garlic and fry until golden.
- Once the garlic has turned golden, add the paprika.
- Add the fried bread and chicken stock.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, then process with a hand-held blender. Meanwhile, cook the eggs to your liking.
- The soup will be smooth and tasty.
- Serve the soup with the cooked egg.
