Breakfast Meatballs
Instructions:
- 2 lbs sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 2 TBS instant minced onion
- 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into 1-1/2\" balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Makes about 50 meatballs.
- They freeze well after cooking for an anytime snack.
