Broccoli and Wisconsin Cheese Pie

- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup finely diced cooked ham
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- ⅓ cup (about 1½ ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
This is somewhat like a quiche. A must try.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cook the broccoli according to the package directions. Drain well. Combine the eggs and the cheeses in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in the cooked broccoli, ham, onion, salt, and pepper. Turn into the pie crust. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before slicing.
