Instructions:
- 6 whole wheat flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 1 (16 oz.) can black beans ( do not drain)
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (black or brown)
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Romaine lettuce, arugala, or spinach
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sauté onions in olive oil until brown. Lower heat.
- Add beans and spices.
- Cook until mixture is smooth.
- Place 1/6 of mixture on a tortilla and add greens.
- Fold edges inward, then roll.
- Bake in ungreased Pyrex dish for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
