Caper Sauce
Instructions:
- In medium bowl, mix 3â„4 cup sour cream, 1â„2 cup mayonnaise, 1â„4 cup milk, 3 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon, 1â„2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel, and 1â„8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper until blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to two days.
