Carrot-Pineapple Slaw
Instructions:
- 1 3/4 c. finely shredded carrots
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. grated coconut (opt.)
MIX all ingredients together. CHILL before serving. YIELDS: 4 servings
