Celery slaw
Instructions:
- 4 cups celery, chopped;
- 1 cup carrots, grated;
- 1⁄2 sweet onion, chopped;
- 1⁄2 cup bell pepper, chopped;
- 3⁄4 cup raisins.
- Dressing
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise;
- 1⁄4 cup plain, non-fat yogurt;
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
- Toss the celery, carrots, onions, red pepper, and raisins together in large bowl.
- Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, and mustard in small bowl.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the dressing on the vegetables and toss to mix well.
- Chill and serve.
