Cheese pie
Instructions:
1 (9-inch) unbaked piecrust, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated, 3 eggs, well beaten, Salt and pepper, to taste.
Combine cheese and flour. Spread in piecrust. Combine milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper and pour over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake 30 more minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy Cheese pie!
