Chicken Burgers
Instructions:
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 2 cups ground chicken.
- Combine ground chicken, cream, sherry, salt, herbs, and all but three tablespoons of bread crumbs.
- Form into four thick patties.
- Dredge in remaining bread crumbs.
- Broil for 5-8 minutes per side, depending on desired degree of doneness.
