CHICKEN DIVINE
Instructions:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 or 3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli spears, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs)
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
- Cook broccoli and arrange in baking dish. Add chicken pieces.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon and curry powder. Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese, crumbs and paprika.
- Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
