Chicken Green Bean Casserole
Instructions:
- 2 cups chicken (cut into ½- to 1-inch pieces)
- 2 cups whole green beans
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup or less milk or broth
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- Heat cream of chicken soup on medium heat.
- Add curry powder and mayonnaise.
- Butter casserole dish and line bottom with green beans.
- Pour some soup mix on beans. Add chicken layer.
- Continue to layer beans, soup mix, and chicken.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F, then add onion rings.
- Heat 10 minutes more to brown onion rings.
- Serves eight.
