Chicken Kiev
Instructions:
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Slices
- 1/2 Stick Butter, cut into 4 slices
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley
- 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Roll the butter slices in mixture of Parsley, Garlic and Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Roll chicken breasts around butter slices.
- Brush chicken rolls with beaten egg. Roll in
- Breadcrumbs and saute in Olive Oil, turning to cook evenly on all sides.
