Chicken Ranch Pizza

- 1 (12-inch) prebaked sourdough pizza crust
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ranch-style salad dressing
- 1¼ cups (5 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded aged Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and diced
- 4 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
Instructions:
Of course, you can add additional toppings or spice up the crust to your liking.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan or large bakingsheet. Mix the garlic and oil together and spread over the crust. Spread the salad dressing on the crust; then sprinkle with three-fourths of the shredded cheeses. Layer the onions, bacon, chicken, and tomatoes on top; finish with the remaining cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
