Chicken yassa
Instructions:
- 1 whole chicken, quartered
- Marinade
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Dash of cayenne
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 large onions, sliced
- Garlic Mix
- Marinade ingredients.
- Marinate chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
- Grill or broil chicken until done.
- Steam or fry onions until done (to serve with chicken).
