Chili Fried Prawns
Instructions:
- 1 red chili pepper
- 150 grams shrimp -- (150 to 200)
- 1/2 lemon -- juiced
- 2 cloves garlic -- chopped
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Salad to serve with extra-virgin olive oil to dress
- Chop the chili and fry gently in butter for a minute or two.
- Add the prawns and garlic and cook on a high heat for 3-4 minutes until prawns are cooked.
- Add lemon juice and cook for a further 30-60 sec.
