Chili Lime Shrimp
Instructions:
- 2 tablespoons Hunt’s Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoons Asian chili garlic paste
- Pam Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 pound medium shrimp (16/20 count), peeled and deveined
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Combine tomato paste and chili paste in a small bowl.
- Spray a wok or large skillet with cooking spray; heat over high heat for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
- Add tomato paste mixture to shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Divide shrimp evenly among 4 plates. Squeeze 1 lime wedge over each serving. Garnish with additional lime wedges. Makes 4 servings.
