Chili Plate
Instructions:
- Baked tortilla chips
- Spanish Rice
- Green Chili tomatillo Sauce
- Avocado slices
- Fresh leaf lettuce (not iceberg)
- Lay lettuce leaves on a dinner plate enough to cover plate.
- Spread some Green Chili Tomatillo Sauce over the lettuce.
- In center place a large scoop of the Spanish Rice and sprop the avocado wedges around the rice.
- Stick tortilla chips around the borders in the salsa.
