Chinese radish salad
Instructions:
- 20 radishes, ends trimmed off, sliced very thin;
- 1 green pepper, finely sliced.
- Dressing
- 2 tablespoon vinegar;
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Combine the radishes and green pepper in a bowl.
- In a cup mix all the dressing ingredients, stirring them well to dissolve the sugar. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.
