Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
Instructions:
- 4 squares of semisweet choc olate
- 1 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup of pecan halves
- Melt the chocolate and butter together and stir in the pecan halves, coating well.
- Set the chocolate/ pecan mixture aside to cool.
- Combine the sugar, flour and the eggs mixing by hand, blend but do not beat, the batter will be stiff.
- Stir in the chocolate mixture and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Fill cu pcake pan full with batter.
- Bake in a 325 -degree oven for 35 –40 minutes.
- Do not over bake.
- Cool a few minutes before removing fr om pan.
