Chopped Salad
Instructions:
A chopped salad can be prepared from your favorite salad ingredients. Here’s a classic combination. If you have a mezzaluna—a chopper with crescent blades—it will make preparation a breeze. 1 large head romaine lettuce (11â„4 pounds), chopped into 1â„2-inch pieces 1 bunch watercress (4 ounces), tough stems trimmed, coarsely chopped 11â„4 pounds ripe tomatoes (2 large), cut into 1â„2-inch pieces 1 medium cucumber (8 ounces), peeled, seeded, and cut into 1â„2-inch pieces 1 cup radishes, cut into quarters 1â„4 cup Classic French Vinaigrette
