Citrus Zest and Fresh Mint Tea

- 8 cups water
- 2 large bunches fresh mint, stems removed
- Zest strips of 2 organic oranges
- Zest strips of 2 organic lemons
- 1 ⁄ 2 cup agave nectar or Simple Syrup
- Orange slices, for garnish
Instructions:
Fresh herbs infused in water are light, hydrating, and refreshing.
- In a stockpot, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat, and immediately stir in the mint, orange zest, lemon zest, and agave nectar. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Ladle into pint-size canning jars filled with ice and garnish with orange slices.
