Classic Tuna Salad
Instructions:
There are other ways to serve tuna salad besides between two slices of bread. Have fun personalizing your salad ingredients, then serve as an open-faced tuna melt or on a bed of crispy greens. 1 can (6 ounces) solid white tuna in water, drained and broken into pieces 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1â„4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Prep: 10 minutes
- In small bowl, combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper, flaking tuna with fork. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
- Makes 11â„3 cups or 2 main-dish servings.
