Coconut Icing
Instructions:
1 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. dates pinch of salt 1/2 c. silken tofu unsweetened coconut
BLEND: 1 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. dates pinch of salt 1/2 c. silken tofu unsweetened coconut ADD enough coconut to make a spreadable frosting. SPREAD on cake after it has cooled.
