Cottage Blue Chip Dip

- 1½ cups (12 ounces) cream-style small curd cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons cream Paprika, for coloring
Instructions:
For a thinner dip, you can add more cream.
- Beat the cottage cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. (More cream may be added for a thinner dip.) Serve chilled, with vegetables or crackers.
