Crab Dip with Cucumber
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- dash of tabasco or other hot sauce
- ½ pound crab meat
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into rounds
Instructions:
This crab dip isn't anything fancy, but it sure tastes great piled on a crisp slice of cucumber.
- Whisk together tomato paste, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, horseradish and hot sauce.
- Stir in the crab. Serve with slices of cucumber.
