Cranberry vinaigrette
Instructions:
- Place the cranberries, shallot, mustard, vinegar, lime zest, lime juice, and brown sugar in a blender and blend until chopped.
- With the blender running, slowly add the oil and blend until the dressing is mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
- Use soon or transfer into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Return to room temperature, shake vigorously, and check the seasoning before serving.
