Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing
Instructions:
- This dressing is just the right combination of creamy and tangy for seafood salads. It’s also great on any cooked seafood.
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Place avocado and lime juice in a small food processor and blend until smooth. Add a little cold water to thin if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper.
