Creamy Chipotle Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise or sour cream, or a ½ cup of each
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo
- ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
This creamy, spicy sauce straddles the line between a sauce and a dressing.
- Mix together ingredients. Add more lime juice and chipotle sauce to taste.
