Creamy Gorgonzola Dip

- 1â…“ cups (8 ounces) creamy Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¾ cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
Instructions:
It’s deceptively simple to make and the flavor is deep, but not too intense.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream, and pepper; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, stir in the walnuts. Serve with sliced ripe pears or apples, breadsticks, or vegetables for dipping.
