Creamy Guacamole
Instructions:
- 4 Avocados
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Lemon juice
- 1/2 a Jalapeno (optional)
- Dice avocados and put half of them in blender with lemon juice.
- Blend on medium speed while continuing to add the rest of the avocados.
- When well blended, add the rest of the ingredients, and blend until creamy smooth, about 5 minutes.
