Creamy Pumpkin Pie
Instructions:
- 1 –8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, divided
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 1/4 cups of cooked pumpkin
- 1 cup of evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- Mix the cream cheese, 1 egg, vanilla, and 1/4 cup of the sugar together and spread the mixture in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
- Next, mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk, the 2 remaining eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, the spices, and the salt together in a large bowl.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture carefully over the cream cheese mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
