Creamy Skillet Chicken
Instructions:
- 1 cut up frying chicken
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup of Carnation milk
- 6 medium onions
- 8 carrots
- 3/4 cup of chopped celery
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Brown the chicken in a lightly greased skillet.
- When the chicken i s browned on all sides, add the vegetables, soup, cream, salt and black pepper.
- Cover the skillet and cook over low heat until the vegetables and chicken are tender.
