Creamy Strawberry Dip

- 1 cup (8 ounces) cream-style large or small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup strawberry slices, divided
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon grated orange zest (optional)
Instructions:
Creamy Strawberry Dip is creamy and delicious and I always have to make an extra batch...quick and easy to make.
- Place the cheese, ½ cup of the strawberries, and the sugar in a blender container. Cover and process on high until smooth. Add the remaining strawberries and the orange zest, cover, and process on and off just until the berries are chopped. Chill. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit or over pound cake or angel food cake slices.
