Crepes with Milk Fudge

2 eggs

home-made
) butter

- Mix flour, milk, and eggs in a blender. Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Melt a pat of butter.
- Pour a thin layer of crepe batter, swirling the pan quickly to spread it.
- When the crepe starts to brown at the edges, flip and cook for a minute or so more. Remove from pan and spread with milk fudge.
- Roll and serve hot as dessert or a snack.
